Welcome to Mugsocks

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mugsocks’s Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Mugsocks’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake
the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of . Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Style, Size, and Photo Changes

As long as it’s within 12 hours of placing your order we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number and any changes. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Proofing/Approvals

We will not proceed to print without an approval unless we are unable to get in contact with you due to an incorrect email address.

Damaged/Misprinted Items

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please email us at hi@mugsocks.com.au with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, please email us at hi@mugsocks.com.au and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within a month from your original order date. After this 1 month period, Mugsocks is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that whatever size, colour, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, colour, or image is selected and sent out to you, Mugsocks is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.

Lost Packages

If your package is declared lost in transit by Australia Post we are happy to refund in full or send out a replacement.

Unclaimed Packages from Australia Post

Australia Post will attempt delivery, if that fails, your package will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection by default. If your package remains uncollected, eventually it will be returned to us and we are charged a fee. If you still want your package you will need to pay all fees and additional postage charges to have it resent out.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund if we haven’t commenced work. Since our personalised products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, an $11 customisation fee per item is included in your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after approval has been sent, you must do so before approving your order for print or if you have approved, before we have printed your order.

Parcel Post & Express Postage

We use Australia Post’s eParcel service exclusively for all our shipping requirements and make no guarantee’s on their behalf in regards to delivery time frames as we have no control once it leaves our production facility. As per Australia Posts own terms and conditions they will not provide a refund for delayed packages and as such nor can we.

Signature on Delivery.

We by default send all orders requesting a signature on delivery. This is to ensure you receive your package safely. If you place a request to have Australia Post leave your package in a safe place, we will not be held responsible if your package is lost or stolen.

Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By using Mugsocks’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Mugsocks’s privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive web sites
use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

Copyright & Trademark Ownership

Users of the Service, whether or not Members, may not use the Service to Process “Prohibited Content.” Generally, Prohibited Content includes Content or other material that Mugsocks believes is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;

Users shall ensure that his/her User Content, and his/her and our use of it, does not:

  • infringe anyone’s copyright; in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an Image or graphic that you upload to Mugsocks or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to upload the Image or graphic and to make any subsequent use of it (such as by including the Image or graphic in a Product) or in email and postal communications we send to you);

Offensive Language

We will attempt to remove any language we deem offensive if the message isn’t lost without it, otherwise we will ask for the message to be changed or provide a full refund.

Unless otherwise stated, Mugsocks and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mugsocks. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print
pages from https://mugsocks.com.au for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Sell, rent or sub-license material from https://mugsocks.com.au Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from https://mugsocks.com.au

Redistribute content from Mugsocks (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
