Hi, the socks are good but i was disappointed that I asked for the package to be left at my door but had to pick them up from the post office, why have instructions there if it’s not followed?

I have bought custom socks from a few places before and found 99% are cheap tube style, picture breaks apart when stretched and ugly join lines down the side. I found a US company that did a good job but expensive due to the US dollar and shipping – I can confirm these guys make a good quality product, no join lines, a real sock that feels soft just like the US guys, and at $34.95 including shipping a bargain. Very Happy.

I was tasked with getting an ‘Xmas is July’ gift that had to be used for that event, and had to be fun. The socks I got with each of our faces on them were so good, I was told I won the event. They were quality and the pictures so clear, communication was great and getting a preview was also good because I was worried about what they were going to look like. Worth every cent. I received my socks and they look fantastic except for an odd mark, the lady on chat asked for a photo and quickly acknowledged it was a print error – a new pair arrived the next day, can’t ask for more than that, great service.

The process is so easy and loved that you get to approve the design! Great quality and well printed, looked exactly like the preview we were sent. Only downside was that we ordered different sizes and couldn’t tell which was which as they weren’t labelled and didn’t look physically different at all size wise.

I had a few issues uploading my photo, and Ben was accommodating. The socks turned out beautifully, much better than I imagined.

I had some custom socks made for my wedding. The proof arrived when they said it would arrive. The proof looked great and when the socks arrived about a week later they were the same as the proof. They were a talking piece of my wedding!

3rd time ordering from mug socks, never disappointed

Really impressed with the quality of the photo and how it’s cut out. However, the sock size is very odd, I got a large for a US 10 and it was like an extra large. Customer service isn’t very friendly.

I looked everywhere for some socks for my son’s wedding. I couldn’t find any and came across this website. I sent in the picture I wanted and was prepared to wait for the preview of the socks. My son’s wedding was moved from 3 weeks to 3 days so I contacted Mugsocks and they did an overnight print and delivery for me. The socks were amazing, the pictures came up great and they were a hit on the wedding day. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The product, service and individual contact was very much appreciated.
